Our Story
After suffering a panic attack while vacationing on the sunny beaches of Cancun, our founder and president, Christy Boulware, started on her journey to freedom from fear and anxiety. The Fearless blog began with a calling on her heart to share what she had learned. To her surprise, she quickly realized she wasn't alone, so, at a time when mental health was a taboo topic, Fearless Women was born. What started as a small support group in a library has grown into a ministry that serves thousands each year through our many programs and resources. As we continue to see anxiety and depression run rampant through the hearts and minds of our world, we take seriously the mission God has laid in front of us and are honored to serve our community each day.

Values
We pray first.
We will pray before we pursue; we do what God calls us to do, no matter how big or small.
We honor God and each other.
We love well, the 1 Corinthians 13 kind of love. We would rather be righteous, than right.
We embrace change.
We desire to be people who are flexible, adaptable and relevant.
We are better together.
We genuinely appreciate each other. Unity is a priority. A win for one is a win for the kingdom is a win for all. It’s we over me.
We build each other up.
We celebrate, cheer each other on and pull out the greatness God has placed in the women the Lord brings us. It is an honor to be a part of someone else’s destiny and we will recognize the role we play.
We are dependable.
We pay attention to details, are responsive and engaged.
We always believe the best.
Because we are on the same team, trust is given. Mistrust is earned.
We run toward tension.
We check our hearts, share our hearts and have hard conversations. We do not avoid things that need to be addressed.
We will enjoy the presence of God and each other.
We understand the ministry is a joy and it’s fun to laugh.
We give our best in everything.
God created everything with excellence and we will do our best to do the same. We are our best when we are balanced.
We understand that love holds each other accountable.
Grace and accountability can be present at the same time.
